We use two methods of delivery, both intended to make receiving your goods as simple as possible. We deliver anywhere in mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands.
Shipping costs start at £14 and are calculated when you reach the checkout based on the total value of your order and the county in which you live.
For smaller items we use a courier service. All deliveries will require a signature from an adult upon receipt.
- We use a two man delivery service as standard and charge per delivery NOT item
- You will be advised by email when your order is due into the delivery warehouse
- Once your order is in the warehouse the customer support team will give you a call and arrange a delivery date and arrange a 4 hour time slot with a 1 hour pre call for the day of delivery
- On delivery, your order will be unloaded and delivered into a room of your choice, providing there is reasonable access for this to take place. All deliveries require a signature from an adult when receiving the order. You will be given a copy of the delivery note for your records.

Free Delivery: We do offer a free local delivery service for customers in close proximity to our Retford store. Please contact us for further information.
1. Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are more than welcome to collect your goods. We will assist you in loading the furniture into your car/van but any damage during transit is your responsibility not ours. All goods will be checked prior to leaving our warehouse.
##2. Lead times? Approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of order. Your confirmation will provide our best estimate of how long you can expect to wait for your goods. On rare occasions we may experience further delays. We will advise you as soon as we are aware of them. However time is of the essence and we will always try our best to get your furniture to you within the lead time stated on your confirmation email.
